Due to limitation in fin pitch & fin height, the power dissipated using extrusion is limited & probably bonded fin, folded fin & liquid cooling is the answer to the solution.

Material Grade: SNS offers aluminum extrusion in 6063-T5 grade as it has higher thermal (Thermal conductivity: 209 W/m-K) compared to another most commonly used grade of aluminum which is 6061-T651 (Thermal conductivity: 167 W/m-K) normally available in plates form.
